It just amazes me how RUDE people working in fast food are. As someone who works with the public daily, I am an advocate for excellent customer service in the office. I always strive my very best to make the customer feel comfortable and that their services are appreciated. This morning when I spent my money at dunkin doughnuts on hwy 20,I didn't get just that! When I asked for medium vanilla chi the cashier started laughing over the drive through speaker and asked "which one?" I then asked her the differences and she laughed and started explaining the difference as if I was some dumb ass. I then said " I guess a chai latte" as I was placing the next thing I wanted she interrupted me and said "okay are you done with your order?" I said " no I would like 5 count doughnut wholes, 3 pumpkin and 2 blue berry" she then kept laughing and gave me my total. when I pulled up to the window I asked very politely that she please reiterate the difference, where as it was not clearly stated on the menu. she rolled her eyes and explained then shut the window in face without anytime to reply back. a black girl came to window and said in really fake voice " your latte will be out shortly. i saw line behind me so asked if i need to pull up to the side and she said no.. then slammed the door in my face. then came back with fake ass grin on her face and SHOVED the my HOT drink in my hand. and no i didn't receive napkins. and she just shut the door while the other girls laugh at me hysterically. .. this service treatment was clearly uncalled for and don't understand why as a paying customer i was treated this way. they gave the wrong doughnuts and no napkins. when i got to work i had to really pray and have moment with God. the person that served me name was Brittney C. i didn't catch the black girls name. people can just be so ugly for no reason. had to share and let this out bc i was really disturbed and disappointed by dunkin. i will be contacting their corp. Sorry for the rant.

This store is the WORST. I had to wait eight minutes in the drive-through for my order. After receiving my order and driving off I took a bite of my sandwich and it was ice cold in the middle. This was totally acceptable service.

I generally don't have an issue with DD service except the drive thru line moves slowly. This morning on the way to work, I stopped there to get a bagel with cream cheese and a muffin. I get to work and get settled. There is no cream cheese in the bag. I have been calling for awhile and no one is answering the phone. I'm really annoyed. And hungry.

Fantastic I don't know how people hate it

Went twice in the last year to get Dunkin Donuts at this location. Once they were really stale. The next time we got there 9:30 pm and they had no donuts (closes at 10 pm). I will never go here again. Man, I really miss the old 24 hour donut shops with fresh donuts all the time.
