Poor customer service and they are a pain (to say the least) with their return policy. I wanted to make an exchange for some elbow and knee pads that I never used for the exact same items in a different color and the manager said that he couldn't make the exchange because I didn't have the original packaging. He didn't have any interest in talking with me and just moved onto the next guy. Needless to say I left pissed. Commandos just down the street is a completely different story. The moment you walk into the store you are greeted by someone and they offer you a refreshing beverage. Every single employee at Commandos is helpful and easy to talk to. Bottom line, the Commandos staff are much better in many ways and Commandos has a better selection of items.

Deceptively large store with damn near everything you might need for the army soldier. Employees were friendly and helpful too.
Decent price and selection. Sewing and alteration is much cheaper than Commandos.
The best coffee I've had in a very long time! The baristas are wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxed.
