Iron Bank Coffee Co.
Reviews

Probably the best coffee shop I have ever been to. I was in Columbus for 3 days and I went there 4 times, each time increasing the size of my drink. It is a nice friendly environment and its unique features just make it all the better. My only complain is that they get so busy and often times there are not enough cashiers so it takes a while to each place your order. I cannot wait to come back.

Pros: Great location. Good pastries. Cons: Terrible customer service. Maybe it's because I'm not a hipster but in all my visits my friendly demeanor has never been met with a range of sighing indifference to downright rudeness. Fancy mixed beverages are good, but basics are average at best. Prices are ridiculously. Bottom line: Try Fountain City instead.

This is a weekly (sometimes daily) indulgence for me! I love the coffee, food, staff, ambiance, comfort and location. Much better than cramped and crowded Starbucks.

Liked the Inside decor... also has a small room for anyone wanting a kinda-of conference room ...with huge bank-safe iron-doors (which am sure no one closes it) ... Mocha is fine ... they got parfait and pastries besides coffee, as well as lunch-dinner items. tried coconut curry vegetarian sandwich and found it just ok, however rating it 4 for overall atmosphere

Fantastic coffee shop, I'm here almost everyday. The atmosphere is top notch with a very professional and friendly staff and speedy service. Although you should try to avoid any night with a music performance because the levels are always off and its unbearably loud if you sit inside. Also, the decor is very pleasant and there's lots of natural light. The coffee is very good but where the shop really shines is the food. The pastries are the best you can find downtown, bar none. The soups and sandwiches are also very satisfying. Lunch here is always great. Especially if you get the Wasabi Ginger Hummus sandwich or any combination of the breakfast sandwich, which they serve all day.
