Henry's
Reviews
The worst and i mean worst service i ever had at a supposedly 5 star restaurant in Columbus. I'd rather eat at McDonald's on a date than there.
We actually drove by the restaurant while looking for it - the building doesn't really pop out and as another reviewer stated, nothing fancy - but don't judge a book by it's cover; the food and service we received was phenomenal! Our waitress was very friendly and we received our meal in a timely fashion (which was great because we had 2 toddlers with us). We enjoyed homemade macaroni and cheese, the best and most tender pork ribs I'd ever tasted, Jambalya pasta, catfish and shrimp that were just so light and crispy - simply amazing. The food had just enough spice that it had a good kick to it, but wasn't over the top. We will definitely be dining there again!
Food and service were great! Etouffe and pasta jambalaya tasty!
This was my first visit to Henrys and I will not be going back there ever again the owner was rude and the reason I spoke with the owner was due to the fact that I was told I could change the tip amount , he came to the table with a nasty attitude and I quote " wasn't your service good which this was never questioned, but the dishes were dirty, the spinach dip was all over the outside of the bowl, , but the point of the tip if I don't want to leave a $13 tip with 4 people on my check I shouldn't have to, and 2 were children
Worth checking out. Good selection of food and drinks. Try to get a double cajun potatoes if they will make it. Wasn't on the menu but waiter suggested it that alone is worth the stop. Seemed like a local spot and was in an odd part of town.
