Two words to describe my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts: disappointment and disbelief.I was really looking forward to a plain cake donuts and an everything bagel; however, they were completely understocked in all of their items. The problem was not that they were understocked though, the problem was that they made no effort to stock anything over a period of about an hour. Additionally, their trashcans were overflowing and hadn't been emptied in god knows how long. I know what you're thinking. "They must have been busy and packed." If by busy, you mean busy talking to each other, yes. If by packed you mean there were about three customers including myself for a large duration of my time there, then yes. When asked how much longer it might take for the bagels and donuts to come out, the workers were perturbed and frustrated. Eventually, I just had to leave donut-less, bagel-less, and hungry.
They store and drive in were busy but staff barley moved. You would think they would step it up and wait on the customers instead of taking their sweet time. Not impressed and will not go back.
Seriously? No plain bagels, out of pretty much everything except blueberry bagels and a few random donuts? Ugh. I'll just take a coffee.
