Great new coffee bar with really nicely roasted beans, great atmosphere and awesome location, and not too crowded like the other coffee bars on the island. I found it to be a great alternative, right in the Jerry's shopping center
Place looks nice, but they didn't ask the g/f for coffee creamer, and I think the gelato made me sick. The lack of health inspector records I can find, plus the exotic birds outside; make me more wary in terms of food.

I recently vacationed on Sanibel Island and tried many of the local restaurants and shops. Poco Loco is a new and very nice coffee & gelato shop located in the same shopping center as Jerry's Foods. Their coffee is the best I've had in a long time. They even have a real espresso machine (something you don't see too often anymore). The gelato is especially good and they carry a variety of flavors. I was a big fan of the coconut gelato! The customer service here is also top notch. The friendly, clean, and laid back atmosphere is what you'd expect of folks that know and appreciate Sanibel. Poco Loco was a daily stopover on my vacation and I look forward to visiting again on my next excursion from work! I wish we had places like this where I live.
