The experience here is warm and welcoming. At Dunkin' Donuts employees are efficient. This location is efficient and thoughtful to their customers. Staff is quick to greet you upon entering and they are friendly to new customers not just repeating customers.
Out of all the possible DD that exist, this small shop gets my vote simply because I have never felt so welcomed. My suspicion is this is not corporate owned. As I walked through the door the entire staff greeted me with a smile and looked at me to ensure they engaged me in the process. How cool is that? Most people know what DD carries, so here is one item that might be new which is the cafe con Leche.
This Dunkin' is terrible. Their prices are higher than every other DD I frequent in Orlando. My initial thinking was that they are brand new so maybe the employees aren't yet fully trained but it's now been months! They overcharge, mess up orders, the coffee doesn't taste fresh, and they just honestly don't seem to know what they're doing. Avoid!
