Blaze bistro was awesome!!! Blaze bistro is the hidden gem in Cape Coral! Blaze Bistro has homemade Gnocchi (ricotta) like Nona's! Our waiter Shawn was so attentive and informative we will be back!!!
Don't miss this one! Delicious, and amazing presentation of the food make this a must to visit. This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited and travel quite a bit. In addition, I teach customer service and they work to make sure your experience is one that will bring you back time and again. We visited on the recommendation of friends who had been there 3 times in 3 weeks and were not disappointed. Everything is homemade and the deserts are to die for, so save room or take one home. You will not be disappointed.
He is destined to become nationally renowned and much sought after! Highly recommend this outstanding restaurant! The staff was very friendly without being effusive. Our waitress Vicki was professional and a pleasure to talk to. She explained in detail items on the menu and the specials. The décor is simple and upscale. THE FOOD: This amazing chef offers a variety of seldom found entrees, including duck and venison. My friend ordered the Sea Bass and coconut rice and was thrilled with its taste and presentation. I ordered the venison chops which were accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and a mixed vegetable succotash. I asked the waitress to tell the chef to cook them to the doneness he recommended, and they were tender and flavorful without being ‘gamey’. The presentation was wonderful, the food was presented on a prettily tied banana leaf and a garnish of Thyme and cooked banana chip! Without doubt the BEST food I have ever had in Florida. It is pricey and worth every PENNY! I can’t wait to go back!
