Nice atmosphere for watching sports, a local band, or to meet up with family and friends. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Everyone makes you feel like family. The owners are meticulous, and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. Great food selection. You can't go wrong with the burgers, wings, fries, or classic Irish pub dishes. There are weekly specials not found on the menu that are always great too. I've been to the Celtic 10+ times and have found the food consistently great. Great wings--the best in Delaware! They are cooked perfect, nicely sized, and the wing sauces and dry rubs are spot on. If you enjoy wings, this is the place. The owners use high quality home made spices and it really dresses up the wings and burgers and sets them apart from competition. Local bands take the stage most Friday nights, if you enjoy live entertainment. You'll find unique bourbons behind the bar, and a nice selection of craft beers. The mystery buckets are a great value if you like trying unique quality craft beers. I don't usually write reviews, but the Celtic Pub stands out under new ownership/management and is a quality choice.
