Came here off a referral and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the staff. Friendly and fantastic unique wood fired pizza with a killer brown ale. Will come back whenever im in town again for sure.

The food is good, but the service and atmosphere let this place down. You have to stand in line to order before you sit down, which means you don't get a waitress for your table. We had to flag down a member of staff every time we wanted our waters refilled. We waited one hour to sit down, then 45 minutes for a pizza. This place could be good, but there are better places in Salida.

My favorite place to eat in Colorado. Wood fire pizza, calzones and sandwiches are Amazing. Beer is ok and I generally drink elsewhere when in Salida. But the food is a Must have. Servers are friendly but owners/managers are mean. Think Seinfeld's "soup nazi" but in a pizza shop. I'm almost afraid to write this review for fear of retaliation. Quirky, interesting cartoon like troll/hobbit drawings cover the walls in a neat and clean little restaurant. When in Salida, eat here. Just tread lightly if management is near.

My favorite place in Salida to eat! When I come home once a month I can't wait to go to lunch and eat here. Best pizza. The salads are grate and the sandwiches are amazing! When I lived in Salida I ate here at leat 3 times a week. I miss that. The service is great, very attentive.

Our family came through Salida on vacation. We got lucky and found this place. They had some very unique pizzas to choose from and all were very reasonably priced. However, keep in mind, when ordering, that the pizzas are not big. Our family of 5 (2 teenage boys and a teenage girl plus my husband and I) finished off 3 large pizzas and a large portion of rosemary and chhese pizza bread. The crust is hand made and thin and crispy with just the right amount of sauce, spice and cheese. I do think they could have put a few extra toppings on the pizzas but they are delicious, nonetheless. You order your food when you enter and can either leave the tab open or pay for it right then. We left ours open and we were glad that we did we ended up ordering a third pizza. They bring the food to the table but if you want anything else you need to go back up in order it at the cash register. The service is excellent and the were friendly and helpful. If I lived here, I would make this my local hangout
