My daughter asked for a rare steak it came out medium well. The server never came back to check on us. She had to go find someone to talk to about the issue, she waited until her dad and brother were finished with their meals before going to find someone. They recooked her a steak it came out and looked OK on the outside but when my husband cut into it there was no juice and the whole thing looked brown, not a cooked brown a spoiled brown. The manager took it and said it looked like a very low quality steak. We only chose this Chili's due to the lack of care during this evenings call ahead and arrival at Texas roadhouse. Our 20 min call ahead wait turned into an hour long wait once we got there. We will wait to eat at our local chili and roadhouse on powers in the springs from now on.
Love this place! It has become our hangout. Food is consistent and service us excellent and tbe staff treat you like family.
