Used to go to CBPs in Ft Collins & loved it. Servers here are a different demographic but all of them I've encountered are really friendly and have great attitudes. The food is inconsistent but they just opened so I'm confident they'll hit their stride.
The one thing you dont want to do here is drink at the bar: prices are absurd, bartenders can hardly hold a conversation or tell a story and the TVs are just obnoxious. All the interesting people in the area go to Roadhouse or Cheddar's.
Verdict: get a booth and a good server, avoid the bar. If you want drinks after & don't want to go into town, head for Cheddar's, Roadhouse or Back East.
Ate dinner last night (Tues, 24Feb15).
Had burgers and beer.
Very good food and great view of the mountains.
Service was excellent as well.
Had eaten at the CB&Potts in Fort Collins and Denver previously. This one is local and just as good.
