Service is great. I love the margarita shrimp bowl. Lisa, Chris & Derek are the best servers they have. If you have the Montrose card you'll get free chips & salsa. I like the computers on the tables. It costs .99 cents to play the games but they're a ton of fun. I like the sour cream enchiladas too. Yum yum yum.
Food Sucks, Service sucks. Server brought our food out, We had a skillet dish. My 4 year old grand daughter touch it before I could say anything, And before a warning came from our server. The server (Chris) started laughing at my grand daughter after she had scalded herself. I was upset. Asked for the manager, for which he/ she never showed up to our table. Went home and wrote Chili's corporate office, And never heard anything from them either. We will not return to this restaurant again. Nationwide.
I luv Chilis, but they struggled today. Waitresses seemed to be hustling but we were still neglected. Soup was watery but tasty as always.
Good food but the service was a bit slow, even though it was after the lunch rush. Prices a tad on the expensive side for what you get, but I suppose that's to be expected with a chain restaurant.
This was a good place for fresh food. It has amazing baby back ribs and sauce. It is a bit expensive but you get a lot for your money's worth.
