Had a great Brunch at Camp Robber today. The service was excellent and the food was really first class. The Bloody Mary was unique and delicious. We have always had a really good experience and great food here, but today was something special. Give Camp Robber a try......you won't regret it.
I visited The Camp Robber while I was with family who live in Montrose a few months ago. Right from the beginning, from when we walked in to when we left, we were treated like family. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Our server was Janece, a beautiful woman who helped us with all of our questions and recommended the most delicious meal. The Green Chili Chicken Soup was one of the best I have had throughout the west. Our courses were served promptly and professionally. I can say that I will be returning next time I am ANYWHERE near the city of Montrose!
We are so fortunate to have such a great catering service in Montrose. The food is excellent and their chef Bill is creative and works with you to find just the right menu for your event. Kim makes sure the service is top rate and their staff are always professional and friendly. We have also had great restaurant experiences (the green chili chicken and potato soup is a must try!).
Kim our server was amazing and a pleasure to work with, but the food was awful. The pork tenderloin was like a hockey puck, dry and rubbery. The chicken was ok as long as you covered it with gravy a lot of gravy. The rolls were hard and cold, the only thing good was the salad. I've eaten at the Camp Robber restaurant; its really good, but don't expect the same kind of quality from their catering services because you will be very, very disappointed.
Food was great, everything was perfect, slight, very slight slow service. Nothing of great concern, just a little slow, but the place was busting at the seams. You're doing something right!
