Just a few hours ago my husband and I went to Applebee's. We had to go because just an hour before he was in emergency with an ear infection. The whole night was stressful so to make up for it we thought to eat at applebees. I asked for my steak to be without any spices because of my stress. It was spicey but I ate it anyway due to low blood sugar. I told the manager and turned down the chance at another steak. When my husband ordered another item it took forever and I later learned that the cook in the back made us wait due to my telling the manager about the steak not being what I ordered. Very unprofessional and the mangager did not even admit that the cook took it personal. NEVER GOING TO GO THERE AGAIN and if my husband wants to go I will bring my OWN FOOD.
Applebees more like apple please at least we wouldn't have starved for 2 hours waiting for our food. The server forgot us and no they were not that busy. Then the food came out and the burgers and onion rings where over cooked to the point the burger was dry and the rings you couldn't recognize them as rings. Then to top it they offered a mini desert to compensate us. Had to turn that down because we didn't want to wait longer for it. Tried to find the manager to talk with him and he kept hiding from us. Don't waste your time or money
Don’t go there during a sports game. Last time I went there our dinner was ruined by a couple of drunk 25 year olds who kept yelling and swearing at the TV at the top of their lungs. Amazingly the manager was standing 10 feet away watching the same game and never did anything. When I approached the manager about the noise he looked annoyed at my impertinence and said "It's a Broncos game, there's nothing we can do". So just a heads up that this place is pretty much ran like a sports bar nowadays. Not a good place to take the family.
They get too busy and forget their tables. I have been there twice in two months. First time it took 10 min to get my drink. Second time my meal looked like???? :/
