Didn't happen to try the food but had a great experience. very friendly staff and crowd, good bar selection, pool table and horseshoe pit out back. I definitely recommend checking it out.
Have been stopping in here for the past 10 years as I drive a truck. There food is great and the bar is really neat
Excellent food! Quick, friendly service from our waitress and our food came after a very short wait. We also noticed that everything we ordered othef than my son's potato chips was homemade. From the soup, to the pizza, to the salsa on my delicious taco salad and more. Great place!!
When we first got here to Limon this was the first establishment that we ate at and niether one of us were happy with the food, if I remember correctly, niether of us finished our meal. On the plus side the beer was good and cold. Needless, to say we haven't been back since and have been living and working here for 9 months now. If you are coming from the East drive on by about a mile further and enjoy the great cuisine
We were traveling through Limon on a Sunday morning. After Mass, we had lunch at the South Side. We were very please with everything from the food to the friendly and quick service. Several of us split meals and they did not just bring us an extra plate for us to split our own. They split it in the kitchen before bringing it out to us. The salad bar was fresh and delicious and the chicken, green beans, and potatoes was fantastic. It was a great experience and if I every get to Limon again, I will certainly eat at South Side again. In fact, we were hoping to have a meal there on our way back to Missouri. However, that didn't work out.
