I used to love this restaurant until my last visit. They are SOOO rude! I had a service dog and the waiter was making me justify if my disability was worthy of his service and asking very inappropriate/illegal questions. It was humiliating. It didn't stop there! We decided to leave and he followed us to our car continuing to ask questions and making comments like "then why can't we walk inside with our shoes off" NEVER SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT. I even called the owner and I got a "so, what would you like me to do about it." I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
menu was completely different :( no awesome salads. ordered a chef salad and it was the size of a side salad, def not $9 worth. felt hurried and got the feeling they treat locals better. got my girls some tortillas and they charged $3 PER tortilla.
Rubys is definately the best resturant in Limon. When I am working in the area I look forward to my evening meals at Rubys.
Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere nice enjoyable lunch
