Gotta Go - February 12, 2015
Took 20 minutes to get waited on & another 35 minutes to get our food.... COLD FOOD! This is the worst ihop I've ever been to.

Slow and Awful. It took almost an hour for the order to be served. The order was wrong and served cold. I was immensely disappointed. The only item that was good was the ice water.

Why is it, everytime i come to these places, service is lousy, driving all day just to wait and wait and wait.
