I can't even compliment the drinks as the girl behind the counter rarely makes mine right, I've lost count of how many times she's given me the wrong size and still charged me. As a frequent customer, I've also noticed she allows her family/friends to sit in there and be incredibly loud and disruptive with her which says a lot about the management. If you really want Starbucks, just go to the one up the street where they don't hire snobby, pretentious, children who CLEARLY have racial biases. Bently, Bailey, Bernice- whatever your name is, learn customer service skills, I know I don't ask for anything that isn't in your job description. Asking for no whip shouldn't be the end of the word sweetheart. Also, if you're going to overcharge me, make sure you don't give your boyfriend free and discounted stuff before I leave the store. Seriously.
This place is great except this unprofessional young lady that works there. If you go there, and hear her loud and obnoxious laughter, you would know who I'm talking about. She thinks her laugh is cute, cool, or whatever but its not. Its loud, disturbing, and super annoying to customers including myself except apparently, no one has the *ahem* to address it to her. You can even hear it with your earphones on. This place used to be my chill spot but now its not thanks to her. I have to hope and pray she is not on shift. I don't know what she is trying to prove by behaving that way other than making a total a** of herself. Other than that, service is good but would have been excellent if management would quit hiring a bunch of young, inexperienced, loud obnoxious clowns thus making customers feel uncomfortable and not want to hang out there too long after getting their latte.

Very happy customer. My drink cup broke in my car but they happily replaced it free of charge no questions asked!! Thank you star bucks!!
