Yuppie place big on non-caged chicken eggs and no antibiotics. Wish they served satisfying food.
Avoid at all costs. Packed, and God help you if you have an issue with your gift card. What a rip off.
Extremly disappointed in the morning catering service provided. We were feeding 12 VPs of our company so it was a very important meeting. The food was not delivered on time (60 + min late) as the driver became extremly lost. The cell number I provided was written down wrong initially so I was not notified that they were lost until I called into the store. There was significant lack of concern for tardiness and a half hearted apology followed up by a letter for 10% off the next catering order. The food was no longer warm due to the late delivery. We will never order from this location again. Disappointment is an understatment.
I love Panera's food but the service here was not great. They apparently were not staffed up this morning as I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to place my order. When I returned home, I found out they had made the breakfast sandwich with no egg on it. Really? Just bread, spinach and avocado. The bear claw I purchased tasted stale. Just not up to the standards I expect from Panera's!
My son turned me on to Panera years ago back in MD. The food is always very good and the service is outstanding. The prices on the other hand have become far too expensive.
