Reviews
This place is good but not very good and definitely not excellent. Maybe I have just lived in too many other countries with amazing Indian food. The service was mediocre, the food was mediocre, and the chai was mediocre as well.
We lived in NYC for 5 years and during that time we sampled many, many, many Indian restaurants. I can honestly say that Taj Palace is the best Indian food I have ever had - better than any of restaurants we tried in NYC! If there was a 6 star option I would give this place 6. Thank you for being consistently delicious!
The best Imli Chatni... Loved the food.
I've eaten Indian cuisine all over the world and this is the BEST. I love the daily buffet. I've been coming to Taj Palace since 1991. It is my favorite restaurant.
