I love coffee but when I purchase at this store on many occasion my coffee was served warm and not hot. They fail to stir my coffee so it is very sweet at the bottom of the cup. If I take it back for correction I get some attitude. Coffee is their specialty. They should train their workers to do it right!

this is my fav. place to study. not only is it close to the college, the staff is pleasant and fast.
I love Starbucks, but not this one. Very rude customer service and my simple drink was made incorrectly. When I went back in (originally in drive thru) to have them fix it, there was a lot of eye rolling and comments. They remade the drink and although it tasted much better, they didn't even fill up the cup. Disappointed customer :(
