Trio Restaurant
Reviews
Trio was a decent restaurant that had amazing service and sharp waiters. When we arrived at Trio, we were quickly escorted to our table and they asked us all before pouring our water. There was a paper tablecloth over the table which made it simple to write notes or draw on. They gave us the menu, and gave us a detailed description of their "Happy Hour", where it costs $19 to get three courses (an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert). The whole table instantly chose that course, and they told us that even though it was 6:01, and it ended at 6:00. They told us that as long as we got our order in quickly, they would let us partake in the "Happy Hour". I ate some Pulled Pork Burgers(for my appetizer), Butternut Squash Ravioli (for my entree), and White Chocolate Bread Pudding (for my dessert). The pulled pork burgers were delectable, and had an amazing taste. However, I felt that the ravioli had too much brown sugar, and ruined the subtle taste of the pasta. I only was able to finish half of it due to the fact that it was very rich due to the excess of sugar. Then, when I had the bread pudding, it was up to top-class standards. Once I had finished my amazing meal, I was stuffed. I walked away from my table and as I walked out, every member of my family took a pen from the pen jar, and they worked excellently. Overall, this was an amazing restaurant other than the excess of sugar on the ravioli.
Always a pleasure to dine here. Celebrated my birthday brunch with mum and little brother. Chic, great company/service, food is excellent. Enjoyed the little details of artwork hanging on the walls. Front reception was rather exceptional as well. Dinner is even better; atmosphere turns rather soft( lighting) and makes dining very intimate. Very Palm Springs. Such an experience :)
Great restaurant, the service was exemplary and food was wonderful. I had the steak but the rest of my party had other items, I can't remember what though. We all agreed we loved our dinner. The restaurant is a little hard to walk around in with little space between the tables, I usually do not like a tight restaurant like this but I felt Trio pulled it off well and made the overall feel of their establishment very cosy and intimate.
Great lunch special! $19 for 3 courses. Caesar salad, skirt steak and bread pudding were all VERY good! Great portion sizes and excellent deal too! Service was good and seemed to be a favorite of locals. Decor was also very chic and modern!
Been here several times now and have not been disappointed. Laid back vibe to the place and the food is always quality. Busier nights its helpful to get a reservation.
