Romantic outdoor setting. Clam chowder tasted like corn chowder. Server didn't seem to care.
expensive, overrated
This is a real gem in Palm Springs. There is both indoor and outdoor seating with a fire pit where you can have cocktails on cool nights. The food is incredible. I had the pumpkin ravioli and the dinner salad. Both were delicious. My wife had the pork chop, served with roasted squash and spinach. It was also delicious. The desserts were unique and a lot of fun. Our waiter was polite and fast but not too fast. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience.
Nice atmosphere but the service is bad and the food is just OK, certainly not worth the money. We got the pumpkin ravoli appetizer for $12 and there were two of them. That's right, 2 small squares of ravoli for $12...and it wasn't even that good. The braised short rib entree I got was nothing to write home about. And getting back to the service...our server acted as though he was doing us a favor the whole time. He had no personality and was really a strange man. For the money, it was a bad experience. I won't be back.
Go to this great restaurant. Nice food and service. Great place to sit outside on a desert night. Cocktails are good too!
