Rude, cold employees. You can always tell when a place is bad if they have signs such as "extra charge for angry customers" (says something like that), which is blatantly on wall for customers to see. one time when i had a complaint and asked for the owner they refused to tell me. i located his name on internet and when i spoke to him he was worse than the employees. he said he is in business to make money. ps one guy who works there looks and acts like george zimmerman, the white wanna be security guard who shot trayvon martin, the innocent teen in hoody eating skittles
My partner and I needed to ship an underwater housing to the manufacturer for repairs. This franchise, without giving us any options for less expensive means of shipping such as not double boxing (this is NOT required by UPS) upsold him to a larger box and charged him $125 (approx). When the manufacturer found out how much we were charged for shipping they were shocked. To ship the product back to us cost us $22 (to be fair, the corporate UPS rate-but we were charged about SIX TIMES the corporate rate). A subsequent estimate from another UPS franchise was $74, including packing materials and insurance. When I pointed out that we had been, I felt, overcharged by at least a factor of two, the owner offered me $35 in free copying there. I will not be back; I suggest that no one use this franchise as there are much less expensive alternative locally that are also more reasonably managed. Note: this review was also posted on YELP.
I went to the UPS Store to get my families passports photos done. The man that helped us was extremely pateint with both of my kids, considering my 4 year old wasn't completely cooperative. We were able to get great pictures done in a short amount of time.
Don't Bother...Bunch of smart*ss jerks run this store. Rude and out to rip you off!
I was just in the UPS Store and what a pleasant experience it was. The girls were so friendly and made it so easy for me to ship my package. I really love this store...
