Personally I LOVE this hookah lounge. The whole staff is friendly, positive and easy to communicate with. They take great care of their customers and make sure everyone is happy with their orders. I cannot go to any other hookah lounges in San Diego anymore because I cannot find the same level of quality. This is just a phenomenal place and they are great people. I am a very picky hookah smoker and they have always given me great recommendations for flavors that I would love if my "usual" is not available. They are great at remembering those of us who are weekly regulars and always provide the greatest service to me and my friends. I would recommend this lounge to everyone who wants to experience a very well made and top quality hookah. The only less than pleasing aspect of the lounge is the volume of customers on the weekends. That is the only time I have ever experienced a delay in service. But I still regard the lounge highly and also highly respect the whole staff. This is the greatest place I have ever been to.
Place was not too bad, went in with a few friends, and the food was pretty good. Hookah is not too bad, Thursday is pretty busy. so its either a hit or miss thing
Phenomenal experience. While I was only looking for a warm place to smoke a cigar and watch the game (who dat!!!) what I found was a family owned establishment catering to the needs of 3 generations, hookah rooms, vapor supplies, rarely found high quality cigars, and especially very comfortable surroundings and good deserts too!!!
Really like the atmosphere and great service, humus was on point :)
Edit: i came by another time and the staff was very friendly and hung out n chatted with me for a while.
