Customer service is good food is ok

Great food, best ceasar salad ever!, friendly staff. Good communication on wait time and suggestions. Fair prices for Avalon

We tried a couple of their seafood pastas, both of which were quite good, and quite filling. Yes, they were a bit expensive, but no more than you would expect from the same quality of food and same classiness of restaurant in any other city. They also came with a rather unique, and extremely tasty sweet cream of sweet potato soup. The service was a bit slow, but the fact that after we'd been sitting for about 20 minutes, an older lady, clearly someone more in charge, came out and apologized for it made up for a lot (apparently we were there in the just-pre-summer season during which they hire, and then have to train, novice wait-staff). As did the food.

One of the better places to dine in Catalina.

Food was cold and not very tasteful. This place is busy with drinking students and weekenders, but not good for a family sitdown.
