I finally found a smokeshop with employees who try to help you and answer your questions. Came in ignorant of how to use a certain product, and one of the employees explained everything about it and sold me the tools I needed at a slight discount. Very pleased with the experience, and it was just what I needed.
One of the main reasons I chose this shop was due to the knowledge of the employees.....Moon smoke shop has much better prices! Anyhow it is my understanding that you have chosen to reduce the hours of the most knowledgeable employee and now have terminated his employment. I have been a loyal customer and i don't have all the facts but you have lost a loyal customer of over 30 years. Rumor is the manager has friends that need jobs....wow. If this is the case you guys are a short term business.
Friendly customer service they knew their products. I was a little thrown off because they did not have e- liquid over 18mg. Drove some miles just to shop there.
the owner Edwin Bednar is a scumbag who owes money all over the place, the worst store in Tucson, don't waste your time here
Will not tell prices over the phone. This means I will not show up to the shop with any money when I want to just know how much it costs. Somehow I think this "policy" violates some kind of competition clause. I thought businesses were required to allow customers to compare prices. It seems to obstruct the ability of the customers to compare prices easily and requires the customers to go into the shop. I find this "policy" to be in very poor taste.
