The food was good well prepared. The service was on slow slide though for 3pm.

You have to hit this place just at the right time. Most of the time, it's slow or the ice cream machine is down. Food is normally messy and sometimes the burgers taste raw. Some of the employees are just rude and unprofessional. But, like I said, when you can hit the place with the right people its really quite good with service and food exceptional. Just depends.
