We had a giant party of 14 at the bar here a few weeks ago. Dalton took great care of us; the food and drinks were flowing out well the whole time. Came back yesterday with a different server and the timing was a bit off throughout the experience. Salads came out just before the meal and it took 45 mins to get food after. The manager recognized this and came out to give our group $60 and a bunch of free appetizers. There is nothing like a place that knows when things don't go well and makes it right. Definitely coming back here.
Good Food and Good Service.
Food was good, but dishes could have been cleaner. Service was very good considering that it was Friday night and packed.
I ordered the fillet. I ordered online so I could see the menu. I was told our meal would be ready at 8:05. I got there at 7:50 and our food was already sitting at the door on the shelf. When we got home everything was cold, the bread came straight out of a cooler. My steak was the fillet and it looked more like a sirlon. It was dry and cold. My moms chicken with cheese was just gross. The chicken was hard and greesy. My potato wouldnt even melt the butter it was so cold. I ordered the potato with bacan, butter and cheese and if I put all of it on a teaspoon it wouldnt even fill it up. Which it didnt matter because the food was so bad I didnt want it anyway. Second time we tried this location and both times have been a disappointment.
Not as good as some of the Out Back's I have been to. Food is still good tho.
