By far the worst customer service i have ever had. The waitress was awful! This was our first time visiting this Logan's and we are never going back. The waitress did not listen to anything we wanted. She did not know the menu and therefore got our orders wrong after i told her what i wanted. She served me an alcholic beverage when i ordered a regular strawberry lemonade. If I had an waitress that actually would pay attention and listen to what i said, this experience would have been much better.

Best in town! Service at Logan's has improved lately and I've really enjoyed the new menu with homemade salad dressings. Feels more like eating a good meal at home. I'm glad they stopped throwing the peanuts on the floor. Place looks cleaner. Servers lately have seemed happy to be there which is rare in any restaurant. Definitely worth making it your regular weekly dine-out!

Disappointing. Passing through the area in route to FL. Friendly hostess, said it was a five minute wait, it was. Were seated, waitress arrive and introduced herself, quite, timid. Two for $14 stop at five, disappointed since there was a large banner advertising it. I ordered "anything & everything" salad. Pretty good, great chicken on the salad. Wife's prime rib came out looking like it was old, dry, cool. Mostly fatty, could not cut with their steak knife. Was fat was separated from meat, it was about 5-8 bites. Not work $18 bucks. Asked waitress to exchange it for a nice steak worth the price. Very stiff answer, 'yes sir we will do that'. Manager happened to walk by and asked if everything was okay. I told him the waitress was getting us another steak. He hurriedly went to see where it was. When it came out, it was an end cut. End cuts are not the most desirable piece of a prime rib, unless someone wanted a well done piece. Hers was to be medium. Again, very tough fat, much less edible meat than the price was worth. Her mac n cheese looked to be setting in a steamtable pan for hours, but was cool to the taste. At the end, after the waitress finally brought us the bill, she said the manager saw that my wife had hardly eaten any of the second steak so he was taking it off the bill. Their attempt to satisfy us was welcomed, but lack of concern about making our meal a dinning experience, it seam like they lacked training of how to handle such situations. The waitress always has the ability to make a poor meal better, through service, communication, attitude, etc., but the manager always should show care and concern to the customers and make each and every experience for the customer a pleasurable one. We felt that we were un needed as a customer at their restaurant. Even though they tried to make it right, it could have been handled with much more concern from those serving. If I pass this way again, it will not be at Logans, but have had many a pleasurable experience at other Logan's in the past.

Took my mother for a special occasion, and the waitress brought us dirty stained napkins and the bread basket had fries and ketchup dried and stuck to the basket. When we finally got our food 45 minutes later, they had brought my mother the wrong steak and it was so bloody and tough it was barely consumable. No offer to take it back or to correct their mistakes. Will not be coming again.
