I would recommend this restaurant for lunch. I received Excellent service from Raul. The lunch menu pickings are slim, so I ordered from the dinner menu. The food was cooked well and tasted great. My boyfriend's steak was well done when he asked for medium rare, but it was one of the best tasting steaks either of us had ever had so no complaints there. We love this restaurant.
Last nite was one of the best times I have had at a restaurant. A coworker, our two kids, and myself were in Prattville. We had been shopping for football equipment for my son. We were exhausted and hungry! We stopped by O'Charley's and received the best of dining experiences in a long time. The food was impeccable and the service was fast and with a smile. Everything was so enjoyable! Our waiter, Charles (CJ) is the greatest! He is certainly an asset to O'Charley's! He is a keeper! See you next time. We will be back and bring others.
Bread came out burned, the waitress who brought out our appetizer started talking to someone right over our food.
This location does not know how to train associates. We have lived in the area for 4 years, and been 3 times only when our family comes to town. If you like waiting 15 minutes to place your order, cold rolls (with not even enough to feed 1 to each person at your table), food that is not ordered correctly, and enjoy wrong tickets, then this is the place for you!
The food was good, though the sides were not hot, the AC was out, the table was leveled with a magazine, the dining room smelled bad, the trash in the restroom needed to be taken out, and one door in the restroom did not close.
