The service and staff that is currently there is awesome! I really enjoy coming into that Starbucks because of the wonderful staff who make my decaf coffee every time I come. One young lady, who is awesomely studying to become a vet, knows I love to get the Spinach Feta wrap. Because of how long it was taking the oven to heat up, she brought my wrap directly to me. Made me feel pretty special. Even though Starbucks is good, the staff that is currently there now, makes it great! They all deserve two thumbs up and a raise..:-)
I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for warm plain coffee. I have never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks.
Awful place! I utterly refuse to ever go back to this particular starbucks. One of the co workers (some rude woman with red hair.) was EXTREMELY rude to me, she was anything but friendly, spitefully corrected me when I pronounced a flavor wrong, did not answer a question of mine and treated me like I was stupid for not knowing, and while I was sitting she came up to me and rudely commanded me to go home because they were closing. (And yet there was a group of people there which im assuming she knew were still there and she happily walked to them and allowed them to stay.) I felt belittled and treated lower and I hope I never see that woman in public because id have to give her a serious earfull. And this coming from a girl who's in school and working 2 jobs.
this store was out of coffee when I visited, had to wait 4 to 5 minutes
