Been here twice for breakfast- about 15 months between visits- and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The sandwiches, baked goods and coffee have always been very good. Staff is similar to all of the service folks we met in Mobile. Young, competent, friendly. Neither too chipper to talk to before coffee, nor emo/disinterested as is sometimes the case with baristas. Not sure when /if I'll be back in Mobile, but I would definitely return to Cream & Sugar.
