TIGER (middle aged female Bartender/Server): One of the worst negative attitudes I have ever experienced. After calling ahead to ask if Saturday brunch was available, I was told it may be a wait before opening due to the Fun Run in the downtown Mobile area. I and other guests were participants in the run so there was no problem waiting. Upon waiting for several minutes after 11:00 am, we noticed some people moving around inside. We then saw a musician walk in through the main entrance. We are thinking maybe he has special permission to enter early. We then watch others approach the door looking inside. I pulled the door open, with other customers standing behind me. And before I could say anything, I was slammed with a rude statement from TIGER, "SOMEONE PLEASE LET THE OTHERS KNOW THAT APPARENTLY WE ARE OPEN!" She said this loudly with a disrespectful tone and with her hands up sarcastically gesturing the element of surprise. This is the third time I and my guests have experienced this type of service from TIGER. We tolerate her because we like Cafe 615 for the most part minus her poor service. We spoke with the manager and left Cafe 615 and went someplace else for brunch. This is my first time writing a review about TIGER's service After three times of substandard service from TIGER it is time to speak out about it.

Bad service! Waiter there is illiterate and awful. We had an awful experience there two nights ago. The waiter was rude and slow, had an attitude and NO class. The food sucks. Only nice thing is the location, but NOT worth it!!!!! They need to fire the old, ugly waiter! He is why it is always empty!!

HORRIBLE service. The absolute worst in Mobile. There is an older guy there with gray hair that speaks terrible English and is purposely rude. The middle aged waiter is rude as well, but not quite as bad. 615 is just known for horrible, rude waiters. And the food is fried and awful. The atmosphere is nice, that's all. I've been in Mobile for 7 years and it always dead... I can't believe they haven't figured out why no one is ever there!! If you love rude, bad service and bad food(will make you sick), this is your place. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delicious food and great service from Louis! Definitely try the fried green tomatoes!

Sundy Brunch - OMG, it was fabulous. And the bottomless glass of champagne from the Champagne Angel. Well worth the price.
