Last week no mashed potatoes and steak was over cooked,manager Gabby was great ,got my husband another steak and it was perfect. This week our 37th anniversary.After we sat down we waited awhile for our waiter he had to take food to 2 tables so that was ok.He took our whole order, pitcher of margaritas,coke,water and dinner.We got the water and coke 1st and were told the bartender would come and tell us about our drinks,she said it was a bad value, we said bring it anyway, then our salads came with no bread and they said they were out.One of the reasons we go there is the bread.Anyway.Salads came no croutons.dressing was wrong.almost done with the salad and the margarita finally showed up.The manager came to the table in the middle of all this and was laughing and joking about the whole thing.He was not funny.Thankfully our dinner was good.We were sitting at the front.We could here thr manager making fun of the waiter.The waiter was young and with not a lot of experience so none of it was his fought.We will be back but, not for a while.
The wait is always long there are at least 5 booths and no one is sitting in them. I would never come back.

I'm not very big of pointing out the bad on things but after the service I received from here, I won't be back. Food was not prepared well, servers were leaning and talking over the food while distributing to proper customer, steak was burned and not seasoned- a slim jim would have been better. NO EXAGGERATION! Oh, took us more than 40 minutes to be seated after being told that we would be right up within 15 minutes. I will never go to another Outback again.
Not the best place to go while on diet.. but the food is very delish. I usually go here with a couple of friends. Service is OK. I definitely recommend this place.
