We were in the market for a new car for my wife and she found one that she was interested in on Serra Honda's website. We arrived at the dealership and we were promptly met by our salesman Graham. We told him exactly what we were looking for and sat down to discuss price. It took about 10 minutes for us to meet on a price and there was NO pressure involved. Jacob the sales manager even came out to deal with us. Car buying should not be this easy but Serra Honda makes it extremely easy and pressure free. Thanks for the great experience Graham, you guys earned a customer for life.
I was in the market for a minivan and after seeing a used 2011 Honda Touring online I went at lunch to see the van in person. I was greeted by salesman Michael Swindle and he was so GREAT!! We went for a test drive and he explained all about the odyssey's many features. We got back to the dealership and discussed numbers and my trade-in. I loved the SUV I was currently driving so to let it go, they had to make an offer I couldn't refuse! Many dealerships have a reputation for taking advantage of women, Not Serra Honda! Michael introduced sales manager Jay and they were both very attentive and friendlly, told me to drive the van back to work while they continued to put the deal together! I came back to the dealership the following morning to wrap everything up. Michael, Jay and Finance Manager, Jacob were amazing. I cannot say enough about how friendly everyone was at Serra Honda. I returned on Saturday to have the van detailed and Michael again helped me again with some features of the van that I was unsure of how they operated, he could have just said "its in the manual" but no he walked me through them and helped me understand them! If you're in the market for a Honda, please go see Michael at Serra Honda!! You'll be glad you did!!
Got a check engine light on my 2010 crosstour while in birmingham while traveling back home to mobile. Advanced auto checked code and was #3 cylinder misfiring. It was friday night so searched forums finding this to be common problem not so easily fixed. Saturday morning took to serra expecting the normal dealership mugging thinking i probably wouldnt be getting home today. An hour later a very helpful and courteous phillip explained that my issue is a known issue that honda has extended the warranty to 8 years for. They replaced plugs and reprogrammed the computer but he explained that if it happened again it may need pistons and rings that would be covered under warranty within the 8 years. Not only did phillip and serra honda increase my confidence in serra, they increased it with honda corp. I would definitely recommend serra honda service. Excellent experience.
I took my 2011 Honda Odyssey for repairs. It was fixed in a timely manner. The Service Advisor (Brandon Holifield) was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. He made sure my car was fixed and washed. Brandon called me when the car was ready to be picked up. Also the shuttle driver (Mr. Willie) is very respectful and is always on time to give you a ride back to your office. Serra Honda have professional staffs. I will always use this dealership. Keep up the good work. Very reputable dealership.
We had just totaled one of our cars, and needed another very quickly. Had done the research, and knew we wanted a Honda Pilot. Called other Honda dealers in the Metro Birmingham area, and got the best response from Serra. Serra gave us a deal for a new Pilot that was better than what we could have gotten for a used one-year old Pilot from Drivers Way. Couldn't be happier.
