I cannot be happier with my new Toyota Corolla or my buying experience with Limbaugh. Everyone there was so nice and very helpful. My sales rep, Austin Gravlee, was very knowledgeable about the inventory and matched me up with the perfect vehicle for me. They made the whole process very easy and I recommend them to everyone.
From start to finish, this buying process was smooth and easy. We shopped extensively and Limbaugh Toyota's first offer was quick, fair and the lowest in the Birmingham area. No games. In addition, their financing was better than our bank. Erich and Wendell were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Compared to previous car purchases, it was an enjoyable experience.
One fine Saturday I was ready with a check to buy a spanking new Toyota Camry. In an attempt to find where I can buy this car in Birmingham, I googled for dealerships. I called them Limbaugh fellows asking for a quote. First, it took me three calls on a hold time of 10 minutes each (effectively wasting 30 minutes) to even get to a sales guy. When I finally reached a rude arrogant sales rep, he gave me a price and when I asked will you negotiate on the price if I come over, he said 'this it bud take it or leave it'...err .. well.. I leave it. Thanks. I bought a car from another dealer.
They are a bunch of crooks and liers, Dont go there to the use car department, all the car are over on miles * high* miles banks wont finance!
I want to start by saying Ive never bought a car from a delership in my life and was very on edge about the whole event. The guys at Limbaugh (Dave was our salesman) made it easy and enjoyable! I found the car (a 2008 Mazda) I wanted and the price was outstanding! They even gave me more for my trade in than I thought I could get from a private party; let alone a dealer trade! They were polite and NOT PUSHY! They didnt make me feel bad about asking questions and explained everything as we went! We will be going to them when its time to upgrade our truck! A+ 100!!!!!!!!
