Honestly this place was the last place we checked out before we purchased our new wood stove. We were a little apprehensive about purchasing a stove from a store that is located 50 miles from where we live but so far the service has been better than we ever expected. I guess we have gotten used to the run around you usually get from local and big box stores. To Date we have purchased two heating appliances from Alaska Hearth & Home. The wood stove & chimney for our home in Goldstream and a Toyostove for a rental cabin we have just down the road from our home. They installed the wood stove and chimney for us and we installed the Toyo our selves. They even delivered the Toyo to our home for no cost because we had purchased from them previously. Be confident that this small out of the way company will treat you right. You can see the appreciation they have for their customers from the moment you meet them. Thank you guys and we will be seeing you soon for more Toyos.
