I have complained to the District Manager about the poor service, rude staff and always getting my order wrong. The DM was even present to witness the rudeness a couple of times. If you take a "wrong" order back they somehow make you feel like it's your fault. This store is a couple blocks from my home and 4 out of 5 times my order is wrong. I take 3 cream in my coffee, how hard is this? Not single cream, not sugar, not milk! It costs me to have to return to the store to return my order. The East Main St. store can get it right, the Niagara St. store gets it right and they are pleasant. I shouldn't have to drive across Welland to get a simple coffee. I would like to go over the District Managers head to complain. You would think with all the complaints that they would improve service there. What can I do? They should be getting sick of seeing my name on their board and my phone number on their phone!!!!!!!!!!
I've been at this timmies many times, and every time, its like I'm disturbing them. And they cant handle making a simple coffee properly.
