Tim Hortons
Reviews
Today I had to endure a humiliating experience from my local Tim Horton’s on the corner of HWY 20 and Haist Street. I am a regular Café Mocha drinker and look forward daily to my Mocha’s. My girlfriend and I purchased our regular order of a small Café Mocha and a Small Coffee, as I we were driving away, I tried my Mocha and noticed that the server did not complete my mocha with the Whip topping and chocolate topping. It was just an unfinished Café Mocha, we continued on our way but with the irritation that my Mocha was basically ruined Once home, I dropped off my girl and was so incensed that I had to return to complain. There my day and treatment from Tim Horton’s continued to displease me. When I came into the store to inform the servers of the mistake, instead of being met with an apology or any kind words, one of the servers just said in a huff “Oh just give him a FREE ONE that is all he wants” I was flabbergasted that I would be humiliated that instead of an apology and a proper reckoning that I would be further belittled to think I just want a FREE ONE. My Café Mocha cost a whole $1.81; I drove back carrying my old WRONGLY made Café Mocha just too so called get a FREE ONE, OMG. What has happen to the customer service that I have come to know from such an establishment as ubiquitous as from Tim Horton’s? Sincerely Robert Schinkel Amendment After my experience at the Fonthill Tim Horton’s I was contacted by the manager Robin. She apologized for the behaviour of her staff, and reminded them of their policies in dealing with customers, and that being spoken to as I was, was not the values Tim Horton’s promotes. Bill the owner also took time to make amends, with an appreciated gesture and card. Thank You
