we had a not so good experience with a waiter there on the weekend, the owner approached us gav us discounts etc, which was very nice But I gained a lot of respect for them after I received a call from the owner yesterday apologizing again, she did not have to talk the time to do this but did, so I will definitely give them another try, didn't have any issues with the food at all it was great
Terrible frozen food reheated and served at a 500% markup. Not worth wasting money to eat here, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere on Niagara St to eat.
Quality of product certainly shows in the food. Clean and surprisingly relaxed atmosphere considering how busy they were. Quick and courteous service. Yes it is a bit pricey but for the overall experience and taking the atmosphere, service and quality of food into consideration, it was worth the additional cost, especially in a day and age when competitors are compromising food quality and customer service to save a buck.
