brutal>>> this place used to be great (in the mornings) now they ended up with some nagging manager in the mornings. Its going downhill now. I don't mind it in the evening, the background music is ok, a nice touch. Go just up the road to McD's for coffee. Its way better and service is always top notch. If you have to have a Tim's, go to Welland, Lincoln and Prince Charles dr. its has the best Tim's service around.
