My husband and I took our 2 boys ages 10 and 13 to the Keg in Barrie to celebrate my birthday dinner last night. I've never had a poor experience at the Keg. The food is always great but I have to say the service we received from our server, Steven, was outstanding!! Both my boys were treated with respect and he made us ALL feel very comfortable and welcome. He took the orders from the boys, spoke directly to them and they appreciated being treated the same as the adults. He made my birthday dinner extremely enjoyable!! Thank you!!
Went twice about a year or so ago, NEVER AGAIN. Customer service on both occasions was EXTREMELY RUDE. I still visit the Keg at their Vaughan location (and a few other locations) which are all excellent but their Barrie location is horrible. The Barrie location keeps you waiting forever for food which is not at the same standard as their other locations (both for wait times and food quality), and their waitresses are not very friendly either...
Its hard to believe there are bad reviews for this Keg in particular. I come here at least once every week or two, and in my entire experience, my only complaint is I had one bad waitor. Other than that, filet and lobster tail is amaze! I have been to many keg restaurants from barrie to toronto and this one is by far the best. *make sure you try the billy minor pie!
The best steak I've ever had, the waitress was amazing, decently fast service even though it was packed.
Every time I go to the Barrie Keg the food service and hospitality is excellent. Have been going for 10 years now and have never been disappointed 10Thumbs up
