Just had lunch with my daughter, ordered 2 apps and it took over 25 min. After the waitress brought our drinks she never came back until our food was ready 25 min later....it was closer to 30 min - the reason I am writing this is b/c I use to serve for many years. And its so easy to let tables know the kitchen is behind and apologize for the delay.Its often not the waitresses issue that the kitchen is behind, however it is up to her to maintain communication. Waiting that long for 2 apps, and then to not have her come and explain why is not acceptable. Even after,we ate she never said anything, and she could for sure tell I was upset, but again said nothing! I am like most people and will leave without saying anything. So me and my daughter left, and never said anything, and did not tip. There are tons of restaurants to go to in Barrie,I will not be back to this restaurant.
Just to reply to Cathy Emms...Thai soup is back for the summer!!!
Food is always good. Please bring back the wicked Thai Soup, spicey and excellent!!
