Worst service I have ever had. Ordered 8 items, and only received 7. When I phoned back and complained, I was met with a manager who was yelling at his staff while I was still on the phone. I reported the missing item, and accidentally had a mix-up. I told him the wrong item. However, when my the person who went to go get the food was honest with him, he had the nerve to call back and tell me that I should have called back and told them. At the end of the day, I only received 7 items out of the 8 I paid for, I was never offered any compensation. Throughout the whole thing, the manager was incredibly rude. I only found out he was the manager when I asked for the manager. He told me he was the manager who had been working there for 12 years after I had asked for a manager. I accused him of being rude, and his logic was that he was there for 12 years, so he could never be rude. I told him to work on his customer service, and he responded with a "yeah, whatever." I decided not to call the owner because I felt as though that complaint would land on uncaring ears if he had been employed that long. It will be a long time, if ever, before I order there again.
Went there with friends because we were told of the awesome Friday prime rib specials. The first time they were sold out at 5 PM. REALLY?? The Friday night special sold out at 5 PM? OK, we tried again a few weeks later. This time they had the 'prime rib' special, but it was not prime rib. Not sure what it was, but it was tough and tasteless. Never going back. Please save your money and go to Mickey D's. They are close, and you always know what you're getting. The service staff were OK.
I have been here a few times and the staff are always lethargic, uncaring, unprofessional, and slow. No one seems to care whether their customers are trying to get their attention. This pub definitely also caters to an older crowd.
Best food in Salmon Arm
The employee who served me was the most miserable, unprofessional, grumpy person I have ever met. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
