So my wife and I go for dinner at BP on Friday night at around 6 pm. Anyway, what a disappointment and it all starts with the following. 1. Enter the doors and find garbage on the floor, several used and new napkins, what is with that. The greeters see this, pick it up for goodness sake. I picked it up for them, twice, one when I came in and once when I left. 2. The bathroom, good lord, reeks like urine and is messy. This is not the first time, every time. what is it here with these guys. Every time I go there and use the bathroom, smells like urine and is dirty with papers laying around the sink area having water all over the place. 3. Ok, this is the big one. I ordered the half order of ribs, figure that should do me. Well, what a bomb shocker. Here is what I got. The piece I received was about 6 inches long and about 2 inches wide with a total of about 6 small bones, barely any meat. Good lord, hate to have seen the full rack of ribs and pay 23 to 24 bucks. What a rip off by far. Was not happy at all. Well, that will be the last time I go to BP ever in Salmon Arm. It appears that the owner likes to sit at the bar and drink draft beer one after the other then look after his customers.
Ribs so tough they were hard to cut with a steak knife, couldn't even pull the meat off the none with my teeth. I sent them back god an average steak with half raw fries. Don't waste your money here!
Only complaint we have is its TOO loud inside! Makes it difficult to bring older family members to Boston as they can't hear & take part in the conversation. Foods good but we don't go often b/c of noise level.
Always great and friendly servers. They make conversation and repartee easily. Lots of choices in menu- varieties of pizzas and main dishes. Atmosphere is loud - probably deliberatlely, but bearable.
pasta i ordered looked sloppily placed on my plate. also not much sauce on the pasta. though service was relatively quick
