The Chase Bar & Bistro
Reviews
Staff are nice enough but inconsistent. left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Inane policies on what you can order from where and whom. $20 eftpos minimum when they feel like enforcing it. Very slow.
Complicated rules on where you can buy certain food. Staff not sure either at times. One waitress dropped food on the floor and did not return to clean up mess. Will not be returning any time soon.
Our party of ten had our Christmas get together at The Chase. The roast turkey was excellent and included a nice selection of fresh salads from the salad bar which represented good value for money. The service was excellent. Our party consisted of six adults and four children. The kids size orders were so large you could be forgiven for thinking they were for adults. Whilst we were given the option of the kids food being brought out first, we elected to be all served together and were not disappointed. We did not have to wait long for our food. We were all served together and no one was left waiting. The feedback I received was that everyone in our party enjoyed The Chase experience. We'll be back.
The chase is just another workers pub but flashed up, the food is over rated and very very pricey, i could not believe the amount of time we had to wait for service and was looked upon like second class citezens the Manager was soooo rude to us we ended up just leaving without our food sorry very poorly this place...pretty place for a beer after work
We go to this pub quite a bit prices are down to earth, Tuesday is curry night $18 for a great curry and a beer or wine, very good value, staff are always polite and friendly very nice family pub.
