Stumbled across this place before heading to the Eureka - turns out we stayed at the Belgian Beer Cafe the whole time instead! Great service, beers and ciders, not to mention the AMAZING half price mussel pots. Our group have planned to make this a regular Sunday spot.
Appalling, rude, arrogant service is what we experienced at this cafe.
Staff need serous lessons in customer services. We had a party of 4 adults and 2 well behaved children and I would rate the service as there worst I have ever experienced. And we dine out allot!
In addition food orders were incorrectly supplied to our table.
Great range of beers - all good. Staff are a little slow serving customers. I am regularly left standing at the bar (even when the place is empty!) for many minutes until I can flag some one to serve me.
