Worst customer service in this tourist area! Have to go through the gift shop for the coffee. Used to have nice coffee break here. But the gift shop women are so nasty!!! Won't come here for coffee any more! One star is far the birds.
it has changed and it doesn't take an Einstein to work out why............its so popular that's why. they need to control it.
Trafalgar squares got its pigeons Melbourne city has got its pigeons grants picnic ground has cockatoos, Rosella's and other wild birds that land on you and you can hand feed. a wonderful experience that you wont forget. highly recommend going there.
You cannot turn up and feed the birds anymore, it has now gone commercial and charge you for the privilege. Nice what they have done but has now lost the sparkle.
